From one container to 3,000 a year
Leśniewski Shipping is the story of one man and his determination. Zdzisław Leśniewski came to the United States as a refugee — with no capital and no safety net, but with a clear goal: to connect the Polish community in America with home.
In 1994 he organized one of the first containerized car exports from the USA to Poland. He built the company entirely on his own, from scratch — step by step, container by container, earning the trust of one customer after another.
Today, more than 30 years later, Leśniewski Shipping (Lesniewski & Continental Shipping Group Inc.) operates five locations on both sides of the Atlantic and ships around 3,000 containers to Poland every year.
Through all those years one thing hasn't changed: we treat every shipment the way we treated the first — with personal commitment, Polish- and English-speaking support, and full responsibility from your door in the USA to your door in Poland.
