2. What data we collect

  • Information you submit through the contact form: name, email, phone number, message, and shipment details (e.g. route, cargo type, VIN / auction lot).
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, cookies, campaign identifiers (UTM parameters, gclid), page URL and referrer.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Handling enquiries, preparing quotes, and providing freight services — performance of a contract and our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
  • Analytics and advertising (including Google Analytics and Google Ads) — based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

5. Who we share data with

Data may be processed by trusted service providers acting on our behalf: our hosting provider (Vercel), database provider (Supabase), and analytics/advertising tools (Google). These providers process data only on our instructions.

6. International transfers

Because we have a US office and some providers are based in the USA, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

7. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and provide the service, and for any period required by law (e.g. tax). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your data, to object, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
